Clitheroe Castle welcomes 'A Day of Knights'
Clitheroe Castle is delighted to welcome martial arts group, The Silver School of Arms, to accompany its special event 'A Day of Knights'.
The guests are a historical European martial arts group who study European fighting arts.

Families, young knights and princesses can drop into the event for free and get involved in weapons handling, displays of medieval sword fighting and speaking to the experts.
Children will also be able to enjoy searching for knights and princesses, with the winner receiving a goodie bag full of items from the museum shop as a prize.
Other activities include fancy dress and themed crafts.
David Casserly, from the Silver School of Arms, said: "We perform display fights with real steel weapons and historically-accurate costume, and talk you through the authentic historical moves that we are using."
