Message to Santa from the Leader of the Council
Dear Santa,
I’m writing to let you know that when you land in Lancashire tonight, your sleigh and all nine reindeer can have free parking anywhere in the county.
Because of your special work delivering to all the girls and boys, just for you there will be no tickets, you won't need a permit and no one will complain if Dasher’s hooves are a little too close to the kerb!
Our teams have been told to show festive kindness and any potholes you find aren’t magic tricks, just a little Lancashire charm.
Thank you for bringing joy to every home in one night. We think that’s even more impressive than clearing the county’s roads in winter!
